"Threatened” masks and assemblages are a cry for help in response to the damage caused by the flagrant disregard of our natural environment and human rights. The observer tis urged o appreciate both the grandeur and fragility of nature and the need for our vigilant protection. The first masks were created with recycled cardboard shoe inserts and packaging. I aim to reduce my carbon footprint with my reuse of rattan baskets and other cast-offs.
